Edit Folders

When a folder is selected in the Link Explorer Panel, clicking on "Properties" in the right-click popup menu or in the Edit menu will opens the "Folder Properties" dialog window. The title, Notes Panel, and rating can be changed from the dialog window. The title can be changed from the Link Explorer Panel by pressing F2 or selecting "Rename" from the popup or Edit menus.
