Clicking
Double-clicking on a link in the Link Explorer Panel or single-clicking on a link in the tray icon popup or Links menus will open the link in a web browser. Additionally, double-clicking on a folder containing links in the Link Explorer Panel will open the links in the folder. Clicking on the URL of the link displayed in the Details Panel or on the link's associated thumbnail image in the thumbnail panel will also open the link in a browser.
Toolbar Buttons
The
and 
buttons are used to open a link in the active browser or open link(s) in a new browser(s). If the button is pressed, then all selected links and links contained in selected folders will be opened. If the button is pressed, only one of the selected links will be opened.
Menu Options
Menu options corresponding to the
and buttons are found in the Link Explorer Panel popup menu and in the Tools menu. If a folder is selected when right-clicking, the user will have the option of "Open All Links" in new browser windows. However, if a single link is selected the right-click popup menu offers the options of "Open Link" in the active browser or "Open in New Browser." The bolded option in the popup menu reflects the preference setting and the action that occurs when double clicking on the link.
